This set of images are wonderful.. I cant help but think how some (if not most) of the buildings look better without all the unnecessary lighting! Judge for yourself by clicking here.

a spring day photo 1!
I hate it when I wake up to a lovely, bright, warm sunshine filtering through the blinds on my bedroom window sometimes. Why? well.. it gives me the (false) impression that its really warm outside! Then when i actually DO go outside its freezing cold!lol.. but once my mind processes that sunshine does not always equal warm weather, i absolutely love it.. The false hope of warm weather draws me outside but the nature-filled world keeps my finger on the shutter. I like nature :)
here are 3 photos from that lovely day (march 29th 09)

Wangfujing Night Market
This is an image taken by a friend of mine who is studying documentary photography - in China.
"The Wangfujing Night Market has a selection of exotic Street food on the Snack Street. Deep fried insects, scorpions, and sea creatures can be found, along with other animals and animal parts not ordinarily consumed as food in the west"
I like how the man smoking the cigarette gives the impression of 'attitude' and rebeliousness compared with the rest of the bokeh'd out guys toward the left of the image.

Flame ON!
Captured at 1/5000th of a second, this image captured the flames from a religious, spiritual and holy cerremony carried out before a Hindu wedding.
Personally i love how the raw fire has been captured - as if it has been contained.
Any comments??...
